Regarding Costco: Courteous staff, great prices, excellent selection, outstanding customer service.

Was five stars until this weekend. The staff at the registers are friendly and hard working. The pharmacists are helpful. On Saturday their server crashed and they became unable to dispense prescriptions. The pharmacist offered to give short refills to patients who can bring in prescription containers. So he was trying.nnBut shame on Costco headquarters for not having a disaster recovery system in place. With a critical function like dispensing medicine, there is no excuse for not having a plan to get a pharmacy up and running after a crash within no more then, say, eight hours. A store's system going down should activate a SWAT team from headquarters to fix it fast, regardless of expense. Instead they seem to be taking Sunday off and hoping to fix it on Monday.nnI can no longer trust Costco to be my pharmacy.

Super slow. One pharmacist at the register and 5 people working in back. The guy, a dark skinned man at the register asked for help and no one came out to help. Prescription was ordered from my doc at 12:20. I'm finally walking out of Costco at 2:15

I would give zero stars if I could-- in general, my customer service experience at this Costco has been great, but today, that all changed. I called in to speak with a pharmacist about pricing for an expensive medication, just as I have been doing with a few pharmacies in the area. Dominic answered. He was incredibly rude and refused to help me, when every other pharmacy has been able to assist me with a simple 5 minute phone call. He informed me that he would give me no information and that I had to come in for 30 minutes to an hour just to get this one piece of info. He was extremely brash and rude- I was, am still, shocked. Costco you need to get rid of this employee, he was horrible.
