Walgreens Pharmacy

Very unorganized service. Each time for the past 3 Times I have had to refill my son's medication there has been an issue or they just don't seem to know what they are talking about. This last time a medication my son has been on for years they tell me is not covered (which was not the case) but this is after they called and told me the medication is ready for pickup. They did not have the medication ready because they did not order the correct one that was on the script that is covered by my insurance. Oh but did I mention this is not the first time my son has gotten this from this pharmacy. He has gotten this med for years. Over the past few months I don't know what is going on or who is running the show behind the pharmacy counter. Very unacceptable to call a customer to say medication is ready and then not have it at all when the customer shows up to pick up. And it was a live person that called not an automated service.
