First of all security are very nice and cool people. They give you clear directions and are helpful. They agents their are also excellent and fast. I had a appointment at 9am for my infants passport. I got there 10 minutes early and went through security fast. Next window to process your paperwork i was ready. It was 9:25am i was already out done. They told me to come pick up the passport for my infant by 2pm same day. They also could be done before so pay attention. Thank God i came here and not New York.

Amazing! I had a trip the next day & got my passport within 3 hours!! My appointment was originally at 9am but I had came earlier to be safe and they took me right in. I had all my documents and application filled out and copies of each just to make their process easier. They took me at 8:30am I left at 8:50am to come back around 2 they said when I receive a call from them. It was 11:20! I got a call saying it was ready for pickup! This place is definitely amazing.

We should be able to get a passport expedited this is America! I get it covid is still around but a passport embassy is extremely essential. You should atleast allow people who are traveling within 2 weeks to book an appointment. This is ridiculous

Didn’t want to help me. Little do they know I’m an Air Force Veteran and just wanted to simply learn how to make an appointment. All the agent did was direct me to a phone number. Didn’t answer any of my questions just told me to call the hotline. Terrible service.

This is the best service that I have ever had with a government official and a government agency.nThe service and treatment was above and beyond exceptional.nI had to travel internationally for my brother's funeral only to find out that my passport had expired weeks before.nMy only solution was an emergency renewal. My travel day was Thursday and it was Wednesday at 4 pm.nI can go into several details but the supervisor and some of the staff stayed after hours to process the renewal to ensure to make sure that I was able to get home to my family. My heart felt thanks to to the manament and staff who went above and beyond to assist me during our time of bereavement.nWords can not Express our gratitude enough. God bless all of you you are a good example of exceptional service.
