I purchased a bottle of wine and opened the next day. Immediately upon opening the bottle, I could tell the wine was rancid. I went back to the store to get a refund or exchange for an alternate at the same price. The woman behind the counter immediately said it wasn’t rancid, that I just must not know good wine and nothing could be done for me. I explained that I wanted a refund or a new bottle of something different at the same price. After haggling for over 5 minutes where I was continuously told I should really know what bad wine was before complaining (I’m not a trained sommelier, but I do know wine shouldn’t taste like rubbing alcohol) she agreed to give me a replacement of the same bottle because “sometimes there are bad bottles in every batch”. Yet she continued to discredit my comments saying no one else had complained and I must not know wine. I’ll never be going to this store again. Such poor customer service/ and clearly an owner who knows nothing of wine or of treating customers how she would hope to be treated.

Ever go to a place and think, “I bet I’m getting ripped off and potentially my identity stolen”? That is this liquor store. Over priced alcohol, terrible beer selection and rude customer service.nnAvoid, if possible.

Very rude person in this shop and prices are high. Avoid and drive the extra distance to Crazy Grapes.

Good choice of wines however I wasn't welcomed. I asked for french white wines and the woman showed me only the expensive botles. I saw later that half cheaper botles where behind... Anyway, I went to pay my wine and the woman ask me my ID. I'm 23 by the way... I respect the law and I agree with it but when you are refused because of you have a french ID mean that there is a lack of trust to the customers. If you are cellar owner you have to know that everybody do not have a fake ID. If you don't know it, open a bakery.
