The experience you will have at NY Gold and Diamond Exchange is unlike any other. When you walk in, William makes you so comfortable that you feel like you have known him for decades. His expertise on jewelry is also second-to-none and he details very intricately all the nitty gritty of the items. He makes it about you and asks all the right questions to make sure that you get everything that best fits you. Even while he is consulting you on what you are looking for, the stories he tells about his life are unbelievable that it could be made into a critically acclaimed film. To know someone who is both very knowledgeable on their work and has such a great personality is so rare. You will not be disappointed!

The owner was great. He took the time to give me information, and gave me a great price for my things. The owner William really knows his stuff and was great about the whole experience. I would definitely do business with them again.

Incredible experience - if you are looking to buy or sell - look no further!nnI highly recommend paying a visit to Angie and William. They treat you like family and make sure all of your wants and needs are met. Together we built a custom engagement ring that others jewelers would have charged 3-4x as much. Every step of the way I was kept informed of the progress and they even jumped threw hoops to make sure the ring was completed in a very short period of time. The quality of their product is superior to the other local options, the brand names, and the NYC shops. Don't waste your time, go to N.Y. Gold and Diamond Exchange.

It was my girlfriends moms birthday and I came for a cleaning of my jewelry and Will, the owner, gave me great customer service!nnHe gave me information on how to take care of my jewelry, and even which ones I should give to my girlfriend! Will and his assistant were very friendly and I will definitely come and purchase more products!nnThanks again Will, you really made me feel comfortable!

I have been a repeat customer at NY Gold and Diamond Exchange. With every engagement (pun intended) I am more and more impressed with not only the product but the customer experience. Very knowledgeable staff with access to anything you need. Here you will find high quality items and a fair deal... cant ask for much more than that!!!
