Russ is a life saver! I brought my antique engagement ring to him recently, as one of the side stones had fallen out and I was looking to have it replaced. He replaced the stone, examined the rest of the ring, and fixed a few other issues that I would have never known about if I hadn't brought it to him. When I got the ring back from Russ, it felt like the ring truly had a new life! Russ does excellent work, and I'm excited to go back to Russ' shop very soon with my fiance to pick out our wedding bands. As the ring is a family heirloom, we didn't have a jeweler, but I can confidently say that we do now! My fiance took the ring to a chain jewelry store last year before he proposed to get it back into fighting shape, but the work wasn't thorough enough and it didn't last. I am so thrilled that we found Russ and look forward to working with him in the future. You can't go wrong bringing your jewelry to Russ!
Had a really great experience with Russ. He is very personable, trustworthy and really cares for his clients. You can really tell he puts his heart and soul into his business. His custom work is top-notch, truly a master of his craft.
Although I brought in an item for a very minor repair they were extremely pleasant, helpful and accommodating. Their price was very reasonable and they made the repair in one day. I would not hesitate to recommend this store.
