I had a very bad experience with a manager name Ruth. She was VERY RUDE when I asked about a merchandise that was almost the same at another store but had different prices, all I said was “I might just go to the other store since it is a lower price” and she quickly replied “ Alright then go to the other store.” and turned her back towards me to continue her conversation with an employee working at Claire’s as well. when I asked for her name and look down at her name tag I could not believe she was a manager. I never had a bad experience at Claire‘s till now. Her face expression seem like she was bothered, she didn’t greet and it just made me feel so unwelcome.nHow RUTHless she was!!! This should handled by Claire’s CEO.

I got my 2nd ear holes pierced here like 5/6 years ago and they did such a bad job. They used a gun which shouldn’t be used. It didn’t heal properly. I had to take them out even though I was doing everything right. I cleaned my ears everyday, didn’t sleep on them, etc but it just would not heal properly. Now I have 2 keloids on each side of my ears that have never went away. I would not recommend you get your ears pierced here. Go to a professional ear piercing shop that pierces with a needle not a gun.
