When you're in the process of buying a house there is so much going on, life can get a little crazy. Mark Wilhelm was so helpful in quickly helping me to understand what was important in home owners insurance. He was super informative and actually found me a much better policy for less than I had found doing my own research. He was like talking to a friend .

Used company for 2 years I Paid policy in full at the beginning of the year, They ask for financial audit and charge me $1,100 for said audit threw email then canal policy do to lack of payment on audit, insurance is the biggest scam going in this country and this company uses every angle to nickel and dime you along the way! Going back to old carrier never once asked for audit in the ten years We did business beware of low introductory prices it’s a scam!
