So happy we found One Stop 360! Herson came same day to take a look at our deck and recommend repairs. We had a quote the very next day. They were very responsive throughout the process and got our deck work scheduled within 2 weeks of signing a contract, but actually completed it even faster than anticipated! The work came out GREAT! We loved working with them so much, we are now looking to replace our roof as well. Great communication, and excellent craftsmanship.

Waited over two weeks for deck repairs to be done but they never showed. Spoke to Irianna who said she would follow up but she never called back...Placed another call to Nahomy but had no idea where the project stood. Ended up being refunded for the initial down payment but massive waste of time and energy with these folks.

Had a great experience with a fence removal and installation project. Herson was extremely easy to work with and came out even after dark to assess the project. His guys worked quickly and efficiently, finishing the project same day. I couldn’t be happier with their work, and would highly recommend them.
