Shout out to Jackie in Benjamin Moore show room. She helped us coordinate our colors for bathroom redo. Walked away with these new cool color panels , & needed a paint sample. Store chain carries nice products, and we always try our best to support local businesses but lately this place is so dysfunction, staff is nice but no professional. Their deliveries are always late, i waited 3 weeks for a sample knob and ended up ordering the hardware online and myknobs.com-- got them delivered the day after with no drama. If you call rings end nobody can ever help, they say they call you back and never do.
If you deliver there park on the street, be because gates arec closed. They halfto open them for you.
Every single time I shop at Rings End in Darien it is a bad experience, and many people have shared similar experiences with me. Unfriendly staff, customer service is accompanied by a huge attitude and they are completely superior. If you’re a contractor you are treated like a human being. If you’re just a goodnole homeowner, it‘s brutal and if you’re a woman - forget it. It’s as if you have no right to be in big boy land.
I always have a great experience here, but in particular last night when the guys (Tony and Kevin) helped me fill an order- it was past closing time, and they were still happy to help. A+ service!
