I had a 10am appointment with Tito today and he has god level hands. On timed professional. Knowledgeable conversationalist. Easily one of the best barbershop experiences I had in my life and he easily recommended to anyone in the area. Don’t want a cut from anyone else now!
I booked an appointment with pacho 5 days in advance for Wednesday. I texted him 15 mins before my scheduled time to confirm it he confirmed it and when I got there he texted me saying he will be a little late.m, 10 mins later he called me saying that he can’t do today and told me to come back the next day at 1:30. I texted him 3 hours in advance the next day (Thursday) because I didn’t want my time to be wasted again and he confirmed the appointment with me then I texted him again 30 mins before the appointment and he texted back confirming it. I showed up to the barbershop at 1:30 exactly on time and he told me to wait outside for 10 mins because he was finishing up someone else’s haircut and was almost done. I was waiting outside for 1 hour and 10mins and when I went inside I told him that I’m busy and he shouldn’t have confirmed the appointment with me if he wasn’t available. He didn’t apologize for his fault and instead told me to get my haircut from some other place. This is not how you treat your customer. I wouldn’t recommend pacho to anybody.
Always a great experience and service. Highly recommend. It’s hard to find a good barber and they are all great.
They cut my son's hair who absolutely hates having his hair cut. They were patient with him and still did a great job.nnExcellent service, great people.
