Never did see MD only PA AND they keep you waiting and dont show up.n4 visits and they didnt solve problem. On last visit they didnt show up, I asked them to call and they said they were too busy. HOWEVER, they are very pleasant folks once you get there, and seem competent.

was diagnosed with Prostate cancer and was seen maybe 3-4 times and my insurance paid them upwards to $10k and and now because I still owe them $1400 they refuse to see me. Only in America is money worth more than your health . 10k paid and I wasn't treated once and now I will die from prostate cancer. They don't give a rat's a'ss about anyone its all about $$$$$. Do you yourself a favor and go to a Urology clinic where they actually care about the health of their patients

9/26/19 update: Yesterday, I contacted them to ask if I should take any ibuprofen or tylenol just before my scheduled cystoscopy, and they said no, bcuz they would be applying lidocaine. Well, they were wrong. Despite the small amount of lidocaine they applied externally, the pain took my breath away, and I have had pain and bleeding all the rest of the day. Terrible patient care. I refuse to go back. They wanted me to schedule a follow up appt, but I said no thank you. I am having my results sent down to a urology office in Missoula. The 2 hour drive will be well worth the chance to visit a different office/provider. They need to shutter this place and replace it entirely.nn9/24/19 update: Had to wait 40 minutes after my scheduled appt time just to be seen. Then had to wait a while in back room.nn9/4/19 What a lousy experience. I sought care for chronic UTIs. The staff wore dirty, disheveled clothing. I had to wait a while at the reception desk because two staff were busy arguing with one another. I only got to see an RN, who wasted the visit telling me about natural supplements that “might” be helpful. She said I’d be contacted when they got my urine culture results. 2 days later, I could see the results on the patient portal. Those results showed high red and white blood cell counts and also a significant amount of blood. No call, though, so I contacted 2 days in a row and had to leave voice messages. The nurse line states that all calls will be returned by the end of the day. Yeah right. Then I got a voice message stating my lab results came back normal. Frustrated, I finally went to the office, and they tried to schedule me for another appointment, but I demanded to speak to someone. A nurse finally talks to me about the abnormal lab results. She apologizes to me for the confusion. The next day, I get a call from a different nurse who tells me that the RN reviewed my results and that they were normal. I couldn’t believe they messed up twice! I told the nurse that NO, my labs were NOT normal. She gets flustered and says she’ll call me back. Finally I get the medical care I needed: the RN does her job and sees the flagged results, and tells me she will prescribe an antibiotic.nnAlso, this office will send you to the hospital’s Imaging Center if you, like me, need a CT scan. They will tell you it will only take 15-20 minutes, but they won’t tell you that there will be a 45 minute wait, despite a scheduled appointment time, before you actually have the procedure done. All told, that CT appointment took over an hour and a half, what with the long line to check in, long wait to get to a patient room, and then, well, more waiting.

My PSA level had been getting higher for a few years and I decided to get serious. In order to get a quick appointment, I agreed to a PA. She was very professional and we decided an MRI was the next step. That showed some questionable spots and we decided to go for a biopsy. I didn't tolerate that very well and was quite sick afterwards. I didn't want to interrupt their schedule and tried to leave but they said I could take as long as I needed. That ended up showing cancer and I ended up meeting with Dr Adams. He gave us all the time we wanted and answered all my questions. He gave us a book to read and scheduled another appointment to make a decision on how I wanted to proceed. Dr Adams did the robotic surgery and everything went great. I am more than happy with everything with my treatment and the wait times for me to see the doctor have been amazingly short.
