Absolutely horrific experience from the moment I filled out the form. The front desk had three staff members and one of them had a horrible attitude. The dentist was very rude as well. Highly recommend another practice.

I was denied service after letting them know I have a disability and cannot wear a face mask. According to the American's with disabilities act and Connecticut state law people are exempt from wearing a mask if they are under the age of 2 or have a medical documentation as long as they have proof. I have paperwork and they didn't even care to see it. Not only that but the dentist said that it was not true and slammed the door in my face. I am in a lot of pain due to TMJ and they could not care less about the law and treating me with respect due to the fact that I have a disability.

I’m very grateful to have found Family Dental Practice.nWhen I look for any medical service I pay attention to every detail. Since I walked in this practice, which is very conveniently located, I noticed it is a place that cares for the patient. At the front desk, Ivan, Natalia and the rest of his coworkers have welcomed me with kindness and a courteous smile. They are always checking in and checking out effectively.nnIt’s nice to enter to a place and feel that they really care about you and your wellness. The place itself is very clean and inviting.nnTheir service is excellent, always professional with very satisfactory results. Bryan has taken care of my teeth for over a year. He always makes sure to clean my teeth gently. I never have had any pain or discomfort. So if you’re scared to visit a dentist for fear of a painful procedure, it could be your place to go. Also, they accept most insurance and uninsured people, at a reasonable fee.nnDr. Olga is also a very kind dentist that professionally makes sure you’re satisfied with her job so you can leave with a nice and beautiful smile.nnI can’t say more good things about this place. I highly recommend this place that is run by not only wonderful professionals but amazing human beings.

Dr. Goncharova was did a root canal for me and it was absolutely painless compared to others I have had. The hygienist is also very good and also gets a great deep clean each time I’ve had a cleaning there. Staff was also professional. Great experience all around.

I’m actually in the dental world, and I have to say that these folks really know what they are doing, from the hygienist, to the doctor, to the DAs and the front desk. A very warm and family friendly feel to the place. They work with almost all insurance companies. If you need dental care in Stamford, this is the place to go.
