Connecticut Transit Schedule

i always hate getting the 341 bus to norwalk it never comes ON TIMEEEE!!!! I WAS WAITING FOR THE BUS AT 8:40 NEVER CAME IT'S NOW 10:04 YOU GUYS REALLY NEED TO BE ON SCHEDULE SERIOUSLY

I use the Stamford Transportation system pretty frequently and I never had any complaints prior to this specific incident. Having an appointment in Norwalk, I had to take norwalk buses in order to get back to Stamford. Upon taking the first bus that left me at Wheels Hub I waited for the 341 Stamford bus. Unfamiliar to the area (being that this was my first time navigating thru Norwalk on the bus) I waited for the bus around the corner in front of McDonalds where the bus driver from Norwalk directed me to. When the bus finally came and I boarded, the bus driver saw my Norwalk transfer and told me & my brother that we couldn't get on. I was confused as to why being that we paid our fair and had our unexpired transfers. The driver precided to tell us we could get on because in order to board to Stamford bus with a Norwalk transfer we need to get on at the bridge. I didnt know what any of this meant & I was extremely upset because my brother had another appointment to get to and being left by the bus was going to cause us to miss it. After calling the bus station in Stamford, I was given a lack luster apology stating that the bus driver was just doing his job? Thanks for the inconvenience!

This is not the right location but anyway, this is the WORST public transport company I have ever met!
