Prices are over inflated because they know u need their merchandise. My suggestion is buy your materials online. It will be less costly to you

Overpriced books and school materials, anything you find here can be found much cheaper online, never buy materials here unless its your only option.

Just experienced THE WORST employee one could EVER imagine at this store!! Deandre, firstly ignored me completely while chatting up a woman who was already being assisted by his colleague. Asking after her “baby daddy”. First clue. When I asked if he would be able to help me, he sneered and said if he felt like it. Of course. Posturing for the little lady next to me. Second clue. Then this CHILD proceeded to call me stupid, REFUSE to help me locate the book I had PAID for and was told to pick up, REFUSE to get his manager, managed to skip a racial slur in there and once the manager DID come out he CONTINUED to be condescending, rude, and made several snickering nasty jokes at my expense under his breath. The manager was delightful and found my textbook within 2 minutes. Deandre however, needs some additional training in how to manage customer service, how to behave in proper society, how to conduct himself in polite company, and perhaps a linguistic class or two wouldn’t be amiss. I’m all for providing opportunities for the disenfranchised, but this young man needs to develop social skills befitting the situation before being placed in a public forum. An absolute disgrace. If THAT is the face of NCC, I fear for the caliber student that is being turned out of this school!!!
