I have been a Bobby Pins client for six years and literally cannot imagine having my hair cut and color done by anyone other than Rocio Vasquez, the salon's gracious and highly skilled owner. Along with her assistant, Idania, Roccio has created a warm, welcoming and inviting space -- especially important now with the stresses related to life in a COVID environment. And, of course, I love my hair -- the cut and color are always exactly what I want. All COVID regulations are followed and Bobby Pins is always spotless.
