Ladies that answer the phone are the rudest, snotty, women that clearly think they are better than anyone. Make you feel like u are worse than the dirt on their shoes. They speak to you in a rude condescending way that you feel terrible by the time you hang up with them.
Not very helpful people and not eager to go an inch out of their way to help customers.
Kinda filthy, risk for; MRSA high, , just as bad as it can get.
