I would not recommend buying anything from this shop. The owner is only interested in making money and not keeping her customers happy. Customer service in definitely not a priority! After I purchase my gown which was right off the rack ( not ordered) i noticed when I got home there was no tag on it. When I looked closely at the inside of the gown it looked as if it had been worn and altered. After spending $500 on a gown which I thought was new I was very disappointed. When I called Gail to tell her, she was very adamant that there was nothing she could do, other than offer me to buy another gown at a small discount. So, she expected me to keep a gown that was clearly used and buy another one at a small discount. Shady way of doing business. I was so disappointed!!! I would never recommend this business to anyone!!!!!

I would recommend this bridal shop to anyone I know, whether they’re getting married and looking for a wedding dress, mother of the bride, bridesmaid, or prom...the owner Gail (and Lisa who works there) were so kind and helpful during the entire process of finding my wedding dress and the process of getting it ordered and hemmed in time for my wedding. They don’t rush you or pressure you into buying a dress, and give their suggestions and opinions which was so helpful. They have a large selection of dresses and are very reasonably priced. HIGHLY recommend!

Got my prom dress here a year ago, beautiful gold dress that words cannot describe. The owner was very kind and helpful. Schedule an appointment, how would you feel if you had appointments and people just started walking in demanding priority? The dresses here are gorgeous, better quality than Sabrina Styles, and cheaper! They even celebrate with you at the end with confetti! It was my first time ever buying a prom dress, and after having a horrible experience with my mom at Sabrina’s, I felt like we were treated like royalty here! Thank you so much for the beautiful dress. I wish I had 100 more proms to go to so I could support your business!

My daughters have purchased several prom dresses over the years at Occasions and each shopping experience was pleasant and stress-free. The most recent purchase at Occasions was my youngest daughter’s wedding dress. Gail, as in the past, was patient, helpful and so accommodating. The entire process was pleasant, exciting and, yes, fun. Gail has a way of putting her customers at ease and helping them to savor special moments. My daughter was so glad that she went to this local store to purchase her dress, rather than a larger, more impersonal establishment. Thank you, Gail, for giving her a memorable buying experience.
