Jesus Monge installed our flooring and I couldn’t be more trilled with the outcome. Jesus was extremely professional. When Home Depot ordered a very small trim to replace our floor trim Jesus picked up on it immediately and knew that we would not be happy with it. Jesus carefully removed our present floor trim so that he could reinstall it. He did such a great job you’d never know it wasn’t new. He was scheduled for two days to install the flooring; it only took him 4.5 hours. He did such a GREAT job. He even too time to show me how to clean this floor as I’ve never had this type of flooring. You are very lucky to have such a extremely conscientious worker on your team.
Impossible to get a phone call back and poor communication with customers is being generous. JW promises a one year warrantee on their install but give the run around when you call and always say "we need to check with Home Depot" --- and never get back to you, and neither does Home Depot. Still trying to reach someone for follow up on a matter that the technician said, "not sure what this is, I need to ask Home Depot about it and get back to you." CRICKETS - and this isn't without multiple attempts on our part to reach someone. AND this is after we have already had to settle dispute through BBB with this company.
Difficult to contact for install repair. My installation was done. Workers were great but the nails i often step on and hurt me many times. I have been contacting to fix this for many weeks and still pending. What can i do to contact you guys? Phones are so busy. You need a call center to handle your call volume.
I edited this to say they came by and corrected the issue. It was unpleasant dealing with the manager of this company. The installers were nice guys.
JW Flooring rep Shane Hansom did an outstanding job for us. He also was very helpful in going to the store with us and suggesting the best trimmings to blend in the various tiles types. Truly outstanding work.
