This Claire's store is really good! It is kinda tight, so you might want to watch where your going so you don't bump into people. Otherwise, this is my favorite Claire's location. I met the manager one day when I was shopping here for a chorus concert I had coming up. The manager is really really friendly and she is the best person to be managing the store! Like I said, I love this location.

I called to make sure they had a tiara in stock for my daughter before driving there. The lady on phone said they didn't have it, but they had several others. I ended up going to the mall for other things as well. Once in store I see the tiara I called about. Not very knowledgeable there. I even had the tiaras name when I called. I also thought they were a little pricey too.

Awful experience! Took my daughter to get a second hole with her friend. Expected it to cost$35/$40... was $130! Why??? Because the sales girl directed my daughter to their most expensive earrings, little chips of diamonds. Who even knew they carried diamonds? On the display card, they don't have prices, and they don't show you. Nor did she verbally communicate the cost before the piercing. Once it's in their ear, you can't return or exchange. Sales girl was awful. Secondly, the have signs that you get 20% off if you do it with a friend, which we did... but of course she doesn't give us the discount because we paid separately. After the transaction she says you only get the discount if you pay together... so the other mom and I ended up spending 10 minutes having the sales person void our transactions and re-ringing it together so we could get the 20% discount. I will never recommend this chain to anyone looking to get a piercing. Awful!

Small store, but every space is being made use of. Packed with product, but great use of space. Tight quarters. Lots of color. Pretty trinkets for girly girls and the young at heart. Goth girls accessories available also. Always great sales. Buy 3 get 3 free is the current promo.
