The manager, Elizabeth, was very helpful with solving an uncommon issue I had with my jewelry from Kay. She had the issue resolved in under a week despite various complications we came across, which all occurred during summer of 2019 (Covid). Very happy with my experience and glad the issue was able to be resolved without me having to pay out of pocket.
Great costumer service from Nicole. She was very professional and helpful. She help my future husband and I pick our wedding rings.

I absolutely love this location! I recently went in looking for a small gift for my mother for her birthday. Elizabeth and Lindsay were both extremely helpful and knowledgeable regarding all the pieces I looked at in the store. I would like to add the amount of professionalism and kindness was out of this world! I will definitely be back for holiday season and purchase all my future jewelry needs with them. Thank you!!
Highly recommend! The staff helped me return an item I ordered online. I went to another Kay store before I came to this store at Danbury fair. The information was wrong on the receipt so the staff in another store just told me to return it through mail. The staff in this store was friendly and did what she could to return it. The most important of all: She made it and it was very efficiently.
