I called and was informed that they would be working from home but one staff member would be in the building to accept cash payments, when I showed up no one was there and I was inormed to deposit my payment at their bank. When I called, Jessica was not very helpful, just kept repeating the same thing over and over again and not listening to anything I was trying to say until I had to ask to speak with someone else. He was not as rude but no more helpful. I guess I will be looking for another insurance company.

Nice to your face and then scam you in the end! My husband and I were being charged $120 MORE than our new insurance policy WITH the same coverage! Good luck finding someone who speaks ENGLISH and is able to look your policy up correctly when you question them about it!

I went to cancel my insurance because I found another one cheaper,when the guy ask who talk to this woman in the phone a lady in the desk said she's crazy(loca),i feel that was very disrespectful comment over my person just because I went to cancel
