The crew that installed our system were so nice and even said hello to our Beagle Linus while working on a radiator. Everything went smooth and all worked perfectly. I have been a long time customer of Mitchell and have to say of all the companies I've used over the years they are the best!

The tanker arrived to drain the tank at 06:55 am and departed around 09:00 am. The crew were then able to quickly move the empty tank aside in the basement, remove the basement door, bring the new tank down into the basement. The old was removed, the floor swept clean, and the new tank installed. The job was complete by approximately 03:00 pm and the basement was left perfectly clean. The crew were most polite and friendly and did a terrific job.

Mitchell is a customer-focused company - and they prove their dedication repeatedly. Working with Kevin O. to replace an old AC system proved to be a positive experience. Very fair pricing (we had three estimates) and reliable guidance on equipment choice were the beginning of the journey, which was completed with an on-time installation. All promises were met. There was no double talk or hidden costs and any, and all questions were answered thoroughly. I find that Mitchell and their people deliver on their commitment to their customers and have served my family and home well thus far. We recommend them to our friends and neighbors without hesitation.
