Very helpful and well trained staff. Good inventory. Store well laid out. Manager on duty was Latino, so local Spanish and Portuguese speaking customers are well served, and we English speakers as well.
I found The Autozone rep (female) at the 1 Pandanaram Rd, Danbury location to be of little value add / help or assistance. In some cases her demeanor to customers was rude and disrespectful. I observed her making negative comments about a customer who recently left the store having not been able to make his intended purchase. As a result, I will not be using the retail location and would recommend others seek an alternative supplier to meet their auto parts needs. I found Adavance Auto Brookfield, CT to be much more knowledgeable, helpful and respectful.
I bought a battery there a year ago and the girl gave me the wrong battery. I had to buy another one and she refused to refund me. I had to call corporate. Just tonight one of their employees stole my credit card numbers from my transaction and charged $1500 worth of merchandise on their online site. I will never go to Autozone ever again after this. I recommend if you go use cash because they are using customers credit cards. Do not trust them!!!!
Revising my last review. Associates are helpful and friendly. Nice place for a quick grab like windshield washer fluid or oil. Good job!
The dude there didn't know much about what I wanted or needed BUT he did everything he could think of to help me find the parts I needed. Which I did. That's the type of service that will make your customers come back. It was the kid from Brooklyn I believe.
