I’ve never tried meditation before but given the struggles of this past year I decided to try it. Guided meditation with Melissa is more than I had hoped for. Melissa really helped me to relax more than I thought I could. I was totally in touch with my emotions and truly was able to let go of negative feelings that have consumed me for so long. I have been back twice and continue to make her class a permanent part of my emotional and spiritual growth. Grateful to have found this beautiful Center and Melissa.

My husband and I booked a couples massage for our wedding anniversary. Jenna and the staff at Therapeutic Massage and Wellness went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and make the day very special. The spa and the services blew us away! It was such a personalized and beautiful experience. The spa was extremely clean and the staff was super respectful of health and safety measures. Thank you all. We will absolutely be back!

I’ve suffered with crippling anxiety and bipolar disorder for years just one meditation session with Melissa released all the negative thoughts I’ve had suffering all these years. I strongly reccomend her for people who’ve had past trauma or anything they need to really get past in life... this place is amazing I’m so happy I’ve found something that works for me after all of the years in therapy and taking medications. 10/10 recommend here for any healing needs!!

TMW is a wonderful place to help yourself rejuvenate, relax and rehabilitate your body and mind. I specifically began utilizing TMW as part of a wellness initiative in my own life with lymphatic drainage massages. I was willing to try anything to have a more balanced, better feeling self. Lymphatic drainage works for me. I have moved on to incorporate other modes of massage into my sessions. I am a believer now that massage is truly worth more than the price charged to feel well.nBrianna, my therapist, is a kind and interested person. Jenna, the owner, took a personal interest in finding out what my physical issues were before recommending specific treatments and massage therapists. The atmosphere is soothing, clean and sanitized. There is nothing to not like about this small, female run business.
