It’s usually clean and with good service. HOWEVER, I was one of the 1st customers today and noticed that the “Protective Shields for Covid “ have NOT been cleaned! These shields , the chairs and armrests for manicures are not being cleaned.....They need to sanitize /clean better.
I got the dip powder on my nails and while the powder looks good (it’s only been a day though) the experience was HORRIBLE. When removing the powder with the tool she cut my cuticles really bad, and again when re-applying the dip powder. I’m bleeding today because of it. Definitely won’t go back here, I’ve gone to cheaper places that do better.
