Ariel Rivera - State Farm Insurance Agent

This office could use a few customer service courses. The staff is beyond RUDE. They do not grasp the concept of active listening at all. Instead they listen to reply and are combative instead of helpful. First time I had an issue with this office I let it slide. 2nd time I called customer service and had my agent changed. If you value customer service this is NOT the office for you. State Farm should pull the entire team I can see them losing a lot of customers just from the awful experience of dealing with this team. Ariel should be embarrassed..

The staff at this office have great customer service and were very helpful in getting me covered for all my vehicles and home insurance needs.

My experience has been great. Staff is professional and friendly. My Agent Jovana, was very informative and helped me save a lot on my insurance with more coverage (switched from Geico). Jovana communicated everything and made the whole transition seamless.

I moved from Louisiana to North Las Vegas and Ariel Rivera State Farm office took very good care of me. My insurance was actually cheaper. Very friendly office. :)
