This review is intended to hopefully offer room for improvement. This is my fourth visit to this nail salon. As you can see from the photos the results were less than desirable. This was taken in the parking space right after leaving. They were still wet and when I removed my sock it stuck to it, my daughters $30 nails didn't even have full polish on when we were sent out, no top coat. To top it off after the owner left there was a full blown argument between the staff. It was extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable. I know I could have walked back in and asked for it to be corrected but didn't feel that would be very effective being that it was done incorrectly in the first place. The one time my nails turned out well was when the owner did them and she was very efficient. I brought my mom and sister in this time as well and unfortunately we will not be back. I don't think because there are minimal salons in this valley means you only offer minimal (being generous) service. I am hopeful the rest of the clients have a better experience, best of luck.

Great pedicure. My feet never looked better. The spa treatment was very nice. Great massage chairs also. I like the gel polish because it doesn't chip and lasts longer. I have problem feet and they always feel better after my pedicure. Even my husband commented on how good they looked! The employees are very professional and the owners very friendly.

I’ve been going to Nail Topia for years now & I've always has a great experience! The conversation is always pleasant & I always enjoy my time there. I always get a pedicure & an acrylic nail fill every 3 weeks. I’ve seen Trish, Katie & Sky and they all do a great job!

Hit or miss when you go here. Some nail techs are very nice and professional. Some are not. My mom and I would go to get acrylics done and it seems as tho the males did not enjoy servicing us nor doing their job. I also would not recommend going here if you want extra length or a certain shape because they charge extra, and at least when I went they did not tell us nor was it on the menu. At most other places they do shapes and sizes for free. If we knew what The customer service is like when the owner responds to the reviews we would not have gone here. They are rude and need to fix how they handle bad reviews. Every nail place gets them, its not okay to be mean to someone simply because they did not like their service and wanted to share the experience. That is what a review is for.
