I was treated rudely and was told different things by different people, no body seemed to know what they were talking about becuase they all contradicted each other, and over all was a bad experience. This is my last time ever doing any sort of banking with Wells Fargo.
Hard to make an appointment if they never answer the phone. Customer service is lacking.
Went in to change our address as we just moved from Texas. Patty was more than helpful. Will take all of our banking needs to her first.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced.
Their business account rep. Cara K. was completely intolerant and uncaring about finding a solution for my need to process a payment for a vendor. You can’t deposit cash, you can’t do a direct transfer without limitation and despite the fact that the vendor was another Wells Fargo act holder they still would not get immediate credit for the transfer if I wrote a check. Lunacy - she was unapologetic and full of her self. Pathetic!
