This bank does a wonderful job of creating community and relationships with their customers. They may not have all the bells and whistles that the titan banks have available but they have a heart for their customers! You are not just an account number at this bank.
you really need to get someone else to do your commercials on the radio. the gal you have now is like listening to finger nails on a chalk board!!!
Definetly DID NOT steal all of my money and use it to buy Apple stocksnn(legally I cannot day that they DID, but I’m guessing you can get the idea)
I depend on this bank to take care of my money. Right now I have no TRUST or CONFIDENCE that this bank can perform those in a professional manner. There is no taking responsibility for their actions. Or lack there of. This is not the first time I have had a problem with them. But it will be the last. If there was an option to give a negative star I would.nnUpdate: After being a loyal customer for over 10 years, I have closed most of my accounts. Their lack of taking responsibility for their mistakes and not even trying to KEEP my business is disheartening. Guess being loyal to the customer is not on their priority list. They lost my business and another bank gained it. So much for being community oriented.
