Morris McPherson: Allstate Insurance

I was seeking a Insurance agency that would give me a better rate. When I called this agency they were not able to beat my current rate so they offered me 2 months free and I thought that was great sign me up. BUT as the agent was getting my information she didn't put my start date right. While caused me to pay a fine with DMV for $250. Her reply was she told me about an early sign up which I don't remember at all. I would have never agreed to it k owing my insurance was Cancelling in less than a week. When I told them of my situation they said they couldn't help. I have paperwork showing that my insurance started on the exact date I asked u took my paperwork to DMV the mgr told me if it was her she would have thought she was covered. I talked to everyone I could talk to.they were rude and condescending. I was going to let everything go and moved forward only to find they took another payment from my account. If it's to GOOD to be true. Then it's to Good to be true. Buyer be aware

It's my first time having Allstate insurance. So far I haven't had no problems. My monthly bill for my car insurance has double but so has my coverage so that’s is what people in Vegas needs I’m told. Morris was phenomenal in every way imaginable. He’s incredibly responsive, warm, and personable. Always cheerful and his response time is just so incredibly reliable. I was with him for years before moving, and unfortunately, I have yet to experience an agent as knowledgeable, precise, caring, and patient as him. He provides a superb customer service experience and I value that greatly.
