Apparently these people don't know how to use a phone. I've been hung up on 4 times trying to find out if they have a flu shot. Just confirms I will never stop foot in a walgreens again. Can't even manage to answer a phone properly. Wouldn't want them injecting medicine into my body if they cannot answer a phone.

Any pharmacist will take the time to explain to you whatever it is until you understand!! Always friendly. Sometimes the wait in line can be slow, but the service is well worth the wait!! And it's the only pharmacy in York that is open 24/7!! They're busy because people know that this is quality service with a smile!
