I'm am very upset. Yesterday I called to find out the date of my next script. They claimed it did not exist . I knew it did cause they always call in 3 month at a time and last month they found August first. Well today I walked in to talk to the pharmacist and guess what it was found in 15 seconds. If I would have waited and called dr tomorrow it would have taken days and I would have gone without my meds. Well thank God my conscience kept telling me they were wrong. So Saturday lady gets a 0 star but today's lady gets 100 of allowed. This is not the first time time has happened since we no longer are allowed to have paper narcotic scripts.

Been calling at all different times for the past week and still have yet to have someone pick up the phone. When I do hold it’s for 15 mins or more. Have to use this pharmacy because of my insurance that just switched over. Was an all day affair trying to get my sons prescription filled back and forth between pharmacy and physician. Cvs claims they never got it, doctors sent 3x. Had to 3-way them both for the pharmacist to take the prescription by phone. Maybe another CVS pharmacy might provide better service but so far it’s been terrible!
