Customer service is an absolute disgrace! All across the board! Do not go to Kay for your jewelry! I've been waiting over 3 weeks for my ring to get resized! Can't get any answers where it is! I know people that have waited MONTHS for their jewelry! Absolutely unacceptable!

The ladies that work at this store are amazing. They have excellent customer service. Everytime I'm in there whether to pay a bill or pick up jewelry they make sure that I'm taken care of. They treat as I'm part of the Kay's family. Love them all.

Employees were so polite and knowledgeable, they took the time to make sure all our questions were answered and that our needs were met
