I’ve gotten earrings there in the past and they fell apart. So I was hoping by now since it’s been years maybe they fixed that problem and the stuff wasn’t so cheap since the prices are not. I was wrong. Went in there with my daughter and they were having a sale so we got a good bit of earrings and the first pair she took off the thing the front fell off. I tried another pair and the fronts fell off. I thought no big deal I’ll superglue them, but they still won’t stay on. I now know never ever buy earrings from there again because of course I don’t have the receipt and my daughter got rid of the packaging they came on thinking they wouldn’t fall apart, so that was a waste of money because I can’t return them.

Place is very crowded and can be hard to navigate when busy. Customer service experience was sub par and the girl who checked us out seemed like she would have rather been anywhere, but there. There are always good sales/deals though and the products for what they cost have been consistent for years.
