Great team of people

Will never buy jewelry from them again... my wedding ring has had a diamond fall out twice already in the past year and a half. This time the shop has taken an entire month to repair it and I still don't have it back. Extremely disappointed with their service department and manager offers nothing other than an apology.

Stopped by for an inspection and cleaning per my warranty. Fast and friendly service.

They fixed a necklace of mine that wasn't even a part of their jewelry collection without hesitation. It was fixed in minutes at no cost. I'm sure in the sum of things they had to do that day it was a minor insignificant concern, but it was handled as if it was the most important thing they had to do.
