Got what i wanted (after fighting with bank) hahaha Craig was the best sales associate I ever had in any store

I was having a hard time activating a new phone in the mail. Tried website and customer service line without any success. The lady at the store (unfortunately forgot her name) was soooo helpful. She was nice, professional and got the job done.

Do not get a phone at this store, even when the phone does not work right, they still want you to pay a restocking fee.

Rachel is the best! I went in with a phone that was stuck on the white screen with the apple. Rachel was great as I went through a breakdown when she told me the phone was on the screen of death and nothing was going to fix it. I had 5000+ pictures of my daughter on that phone. Rachel was patient, listened and walked me through getting another phone. She is very knowledgeable. And made me feel so much better through this horrible time.nI can not say enough good things about Rachel!!!! Amazing service!

I went in there regarding an issue with a promotion that I was supposed to receive from adding a line back in June. To make a long story short, this particular store made it right and I highly recommend going to them for anything that you may need. Samantha is the representative that helped me with this specific issue but I’ve also worked with Jared as well who is also great. Thanks again
