This is the worst experience I think I have ever had I waited 5 hours just to not be able to get a new phone because the person that was helping us put in the wrong number so I have to wait a day without a phone and if anything happens I will not know and they can’t give me my phone back. Never come here plz I’m telling you it sucks

One guy in the entire store knows what he's doing, everyone else doesn't have a clue. They don't care if you have a medical condition. They force you to have a mask no matter what.

Ms. Lacey was probably the nicest customer rep I have ever encountered. She was very nice not too loud and to the point. She was just a joy and she hooked me up with my lifeline. I needed a cord bad and she was able to get me what I needed with ease and the store was very clean as well.
