Judge Morgan is very rude. He lets these rental places be slum Lord's and get away with leaving good hard working people live in places that have mold and no heat. I was very upset with how he was handling things.

Judge Morgan colludes with the cops and listens to their lies! He's not netural or detached from the case as he's required to be. Accepts cops citation eventhough it was full of errors! Asked if I still wanted trial like I was interupting his sleep. Staff couldn't find citation which ment a number of trips to district court!

Staff was very unfriendly and the hours are hard to keep. It's so slow in there also, just poor service all together.

Goodness forbid something happens last minute, beyond your control, and you try to reschedule. Don't bother, because they will not. Oh wait, if you pay for an attorney, then you're worthy of a rescheduled date.

This judge is absolutely terrible. He does not completely understand even the simplest laws of his own jurisdiction. What a joke...
