They actually have what we need today.
Large variety of items, including things I enjoy while the other half shops for guy stuff
Great if you do it all yourself, but their customer service is horrible, so if you need help, forget it. Impossible to get help, including on the telephone, which after a long, 2-step call tree, rings 3 times and then goes busy because no one picks it up.
Now when you need to do the work yourself what other place is there to go. Large competitive pricing and knowledgeable employees
Looking for a specific item that customer service said was in stock at this location. The customer service rep. was kind enough to help me look where item was listed but we were not successful. She was helpful and spent a great deal of time looking. Unfortunately, I now have to try another location or order online.
