My husband and i bought our first house here in November of 2019. The whole process was super easy and the leasing agents are great. Corey the one in charge of the work site is wonderful and even after buying the house helps with any questions or concerns you have in regards to the homes. Best experience possible.

We just closed on our townhome. As a retired Builder/Developer, let me tell you about the excellent property I bought here at Cliffs At Dover. The workmanship is simply superb. I did a thorough inspection and did not even find ONE deficiency. On the sales end, Carmine and company were HONEST, helpful and not pushy. The design of our Bedford unit is absolutely delightful. The prices are right and the community when completed should be a joy to live in. Corey, the guy in charge of warranty issues LISTENS, explains in full and goes out of his way to be helpful...even after the closing. If this is an example of Beazer's product, then we bought a real WINNER!!!

I live here i love it other than the fact that ken is rude he hates kids HE NEEDS TO COOL HIS JETS LIKE A LOT. MINUS ONE STAR JUST CAUSE OF KEN.

Nice place. Gated community. But that doesnt stop crime from leaking in. Its not on the best side of town. You get to hear jets all day. Lol.
