I had to stand in line for over an hour to get a number. Once I got a number I was told to wait in my car till I got called. 4hours later I got called. It took the nice lady 20 more minutes to do my transaction and I was out the door. The total experience took over 5 hours. There has to be a better way!! The staff was friendly and helpful. Although I noticed at around Noon they were no longer accepting new customers. My advice to someone that needs to go the DMV on Donovan for CDL related business is to get there an hour before their doors open and wait in line. Early bird gets the worm.
Horrible, I understand the current climate today but Las Vegas needs to seriously consider 2 larger CDL offices with more personnel. With the amount of drivers needing services it's impossible to keep up with the demand. I waited 3 hrs. After passing my written test just to get my permit and pay!. Not to mention that I sat outside from 5:30a just to get out before 3 pm
Very well organized and the staff handles their business appropriately! I just accomplished what I was required to do in the same day!
Extrenly quick , nice and efficient, I hope they hold onto the new system
With this whole Covid going on and everyone having to stay in line for 2 hrs and more, canapes would be nice for shade
