I try to support local, But this place makes it extremely difficult. I called to ask if they had a submersible sump pump. The phone was answered with “Hi”........... I then asked if I was calling Forge Hardware? The response was,” uh yeah.” I then asked my question. The response was “well yeah.......but....” I interrupted and told them I would go somewhere else. If it is because of a power failure and you can’t use your computer. Maybe you should learn to add and subtract and take paper notes. Emergencies are when your neighbors need your services the most.nWhen everything in the store is “made in China” how much does that really help anyone anyway?
Nice to have a store close to home.
If they don't have it, they'll get it in a week (for me it was 40 J-bolts.) If they DO have it, all the employees know its location in the store and will gladly take you there. Kid friendly, hometown place with more hardware than you can imagine.
Great place we come here mainly for bolts and some other things. They have great prices, great employees, and they are always such a big help to us, thank you!!
