I get a receipt from the post office every day for packages that I mail. The staff at this location make waiting in line bearable. At the door, there are two super friendly and patient employees who treat everyone with respect and, at the counter, Tata brings a smile to everyone. She is so genuine, kind and always in a good mood.
The line can get a little long sometimes (not sure how it compares with other locations) but dealing with nice employees here makes it a pleasant experience :)
One star because I have to. This place is terrible. They never answer the phone. I can't get a hold of anyone. Meanwhile they are holding my mail until I can get there in person which means I am going to have to take off work and go up there all because they won't answer the phone.
Tata has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. She should definitely not work there if she doesn't like her job. Her manager has some pretty low standards with the quality of service coming out of the people working there.
Today was hot but the line moved fast and was nobody in the regular line to mail was empty! Debra did a great job!
Horrible service and rude remarks from workers. A worker named Tia Tia is lazy, argumentive, and she has poor communication skills. Definitely lacks people skills.
