We got everything we needed. We first went to APR, but they didn't have exactly what we were looking for. I would definitely first go to True Value in the future. For a smaller company, it has really nice quality and fairly competitive prices.

Took chainsaw that wouldn't start to True Value. Told us it was going to be $46.00 in advance to find out what the problem was.nWent back in a few weeks to see what the problem was with the saw. Was told it would be almost $500.00 to fix it. Decided that it was not worth cost to repair because of age of chainsaw. When I picked up chain saw, it was all in parts. Asked if they were going to put it back together? They told me, it would cost me labor to do that. Bought this chainsaw from them, over 20 years ago, and have taken it there for repairs many times.nI think for $46.00, and the business we give them, they could of put it back together.
