Staff is extremely friendly, concerned, professional, and respect your privacy. Wait time for walk in Prompt Care for appointments is nil. You won't wait more than 5 minutes, actually less. I have been a patient since 1998 and have never experienced a negative experience. My husband and I have always experienced exceptional care and references for specialists. I ha e never heard a negative comment for Glacier Medical Associates.

The front desk staff is quick and attentive.nDr. Erickson is smart, thoughtful and thorough. I'm glad he is my Primary Doctor. He doesn't rush you in and out of his office and he takes the time to get to know you and your lifestyle.

The attention to every detail is always on point. The process was quick, easy, and safe and the staff is always well knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I can’t say enough good things about Glacier Medical. Our family is so thankful for this facility and all of the staff.
