Dr Putnam has continued to provide excellent care to me from the first visit. She helped me make a realistic care plan and we are working together to achieve my goals. She came highly recommended to me. I would not hesitate to see her if you want someone to listen and understand your body. She’s great!!

Dr. Putnam's knowledge on wholeness and health has been so vital in my personal journey through life. Her care goes above and beyond today's typical boxed care. She truly cares for her patients and meets them as individuals who are unique and treats each case in the same manner. Her availability to my health concerns is always stellar - she is amazing! Even though she has now relocated to a new community, she continues to be a trusted health professional in my circle.

I recommend Dr. Putnam often. I began seeing Erika earlier this year due pain and loss of rotation in my shoulder from a collar bone broken 12 years ago which healed improperly. Now I have full rotation and no pain. She is extremely knowledgeable and is able to communicate the healing process clearly. She provided me with exercises and together we were able to seemingly reverse the improper healing.

My neck has never felt better! Through Erika's immense knowledge and skilled techniques she was able to adjust my cervical spine, bringing a huge increase in mobility and range of motion. My headaches are gone and my neck is free of pain and tension:) I highly recommend the Bend!
