Customer service was absolutely terrible. All I was trying to do was pay my bill that I never received in the mail.... Oh and you can’t pay bills over the phone & they charge a service fee for using a credit card.. Unreal!

Would be glad to give them a 5 star rating if they properly train the secretary that was extremely rude to me about a very simple misunderstanding! She doesn’t know what customer service is but I can’t give the whole office a poor rating for one bad apple.
