Today, 11/17 will be DAY THREE that we have not received our mail. We had our flag up indicating that we had mail to go out since Saturday, 11/14. Two of the letters in our mailbox were time sensitive. Today I've been trying to call since 8am for 1- 1/2 hours. All I get is a busy signal or to call again because the circuits are busy OR better yet, they are not taking calls at this time. I own a small business, so I just can't leave and run to the post office. UNACCEPTIBLE!

The mail carrier sometimes does not go down my road for days at a time through the week. This happens pretty regularly. I also get my neighbor's mail (I got mail for two different neighbors on the same day and NONE for me). I have not gotten two bills at all that ended up being late and nobody ever brought to me, as not all neighbors get along. We can't even rely on the Post Office to match a number and a name to a number and a name visible on the door of the mailbox. I added the name because they kept screwing up so much. I guess NOTHING can help incompetence.

If i could give them a zero i would. I have called in multiple time over the course of 2 weeks multiple times throughout each day and they have not picked up the phone. Have tried from different phones and no one is picking up the phone. I moved and mail was delivered there but i cant get them to pick up the phone. Extremely disappointed.

For the past several weeks our mail has not been showing up til almost 8pm at night. Last week I had a note left in my mailbox that they missed us for a certified letter. Someone was home all day, they were too lazy to come to the door. I went online and asked for redelivery and nothing. No letter. I am at work during the hours that the post office is open so I have no way to pick this up. Last night my mail was delivered at 8pm with a package that was on top of my mailbox on a busy street. The package could had fallen off into the road. Packages are left on the front porch where we do not have a door. We have notes everywhere asking that they be left at the back door. This is horrible service, and what is disappointing is reading reviews I find out that I am not the only one who the carrier decided to just put a package on top of a mailbox where anyone could grab it. I miss our old carrier. I have tried to call to complain but no one answers the phone there, and when it is picked up they hang up on you.

Asked to simply drop packages off at side door instead of front door due to house being at a stop light and have already had packages stolen off my porch. Lady I spoke to was rude, and basically told me it’s up to the delivery person, and could tell she could care less, took my info and said she’d get back to me, that was over a month ago haven’t heard back and packages still get delivered on front porch. Keep In mind I’m not asking to go into a dark ally or a fenced in yard, this is out in the open, in the middle of town, by a stop light. The best part of it is, how lazy the mail carrier is, had a package delivered that I assume she thought would fit in the mailbox, it didn’t so SHE LEFT IT ON TOP OF THE MAILBOX!! like I said, I live at a stop light, I’m glade I was home and saw her do it through my window otherwise it either would have gotten stolen or fell off the mailbox and ran over. I get other peoples mail all the time, I’ve had my mail go to other people, even had someone else’s stimulus check get delivered me, and the check wasn’t even my address, it was across town. This is THE WORST Post office I’ve ever had.
