York County District Courts

Terrible small town pa justice! I was pulled over and harassed by PA state police and written a ticket for criminal conduct for XMAS lights on the roof of my suv! Wich is only punished by a repair order by law any way! PA ordinance code 175.66 LOOK IT UP!   Mabey they cant afford Internet to look up the statute!  Since i work in Baltimore and dont have time OR lose a day from work to fight  this injustice... i will have to just pay the 130 to this  podunk court! I am selling my home in Pa and will no longer pay into this ststem! Dont move here! Apparently the police are to busy wasting the time of residenents to bust heroine junkies or thief's!   What a joke! Merry Christmas to this corrupt system! And they don't even have a website where you can make payments for fines what an absolute joke this is 2017 not 1976 get it together!
